May 2004 Updates

5.31.04 - Saikano Screencaps!

As promised, I have added screencaps to the Saikano section. The anime just started being released a few weeks ago and I have started screencapping it. The first episode is up with 224 screencaps. I will be making captures for the other three episodes on the first DVD within the the next couple weeks. Saikano's manga is going to being released in June. I am also going to be updating Cardcaptor Sakura's screencap section soon. I have up to episode 11 finished, I just need to finish up some touch ups, code the pages, and upload. I'm also leaving the IY section up this week because it had been offline for three weeks this past month (and also because my bandwidth will be reset tomorrow). ;P On another note, there won't be any new scans for a while. The bulb in my scanner is starting to die and I either need to find a new bulb or a new scanner. If anyone knows where to find a bulb for a PrimaScan Colorado 2400u USB scanner, please tell me! I'd really appreciate it. ^_^

5.28.04 - New Layout!

Yep, new layout! I didn't really like the last layout that much, and when I made it I was having major writers block (in the layout making area...). So, I decided to use some brushes on this layout. I used brushes from Insomniac Brushes, my favorite brush site. Sadly, the owner decided to close the site down for a while (don't know if it's for good or not). Oh well, I already have all her sets on my computer so it doesn't really matter.

There's no updates other than the layout today. Anyways, I hope you like it. ^_^

[edit] - If things look funny, refresh the page (ie push F5!) Remember, I just got the layout up. I'm still working out it's kinks. ;)

5.26.04 - I'm back

Sorry about the site coming back a day late. I got back in town really late Monday night and slept half of the next day. I then woke up with a fever, chills, nausea, migraine, you name it. I felt like shit. -_-

Anyways, I made some updates to the Inuyasha section and also downsized most of it's sections. I'm going to be making some updates to the other sections of the site sometime this week or next week. I'm not sure yet. Oh well, that's it for now. ^_^

[edit] - Oh yeah, for those of you ranting on Detective Conan (Case Closed) for taking IY's weekday slot, look at this:



They're on the same station in Japan. IY will return to weekdays on July 5 @ Midnight (ET). ^_^

5.19.04 - A short haitus...

Yeah, I'm putting the site on a short haitus starting Friday. I have to go out of town over the weekend and I don't feel like dealing with the site while I'm gone. This site uses way too much bandwidth for me to leave it up when I can't keep an eye on it. The site will be returning around Tuesday or Wednesday of next week.

So yeah, IY is staying offline for an additional week. Sorry. :S

5.13.04 - Fanart

I updated the fanart section with 6 new drawings.

5.11.04 - Screencaps!

Well, I finally updated the Cardcaptor Sakura section with some more screencaps. I added caps for episodes 6, 7, and 8. So, that's a total of 589 new screencaps. I have now finished the first two DVD's and we've finally seen Li Shaoran's introduction. I need to order some more DVD's I guess, I only have two more left (I'm broke, so sue me -_-). On another note, I finally ordered the first Saikano DVD and you should expect a bunch of screencaps for Saikano before the end of the month. I highly suggest that you check out this series, it's great! ^_^ Anyway, enjoy the screencaps. I'm probably gonna be making many more updates this week.

5.9.04 - Bleh!

Inuyasha's offline again. I think I'm gonna stop stating when I take it on/offline, this is getting monotonous. -_-

Anyway, I may actually update the site this week. I finished my spring classes and have a good 1 1/2 months until my summer semester starts (yah, more school...). I'm gonna try and update all the sections on the site, now mind you that's try. Doesn't mean 'do'. I'm also 10 to 1 going to majorly downsize the IY section. Bandwidth is way too high (17 GB as of today...yeah, it's bad). Even with the section available half the time, it's still nuts (just how many pics can you guys download in a day!?).

So yeah, I may cut the section down to my scans and such with some manga stuff and some general anime shit. Bleh, excuse my annoyed attitude. I just finished finals and I need some sleep. Later!
